Speaker: Lucyana Roldan (Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist at US Department of Labor)
Lucyana Roldan serves as the Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist (CORPS) for the State of South Carolina. She began her career as an investigator with the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) in the Columbia District Office in 2020 after serving 21 years in the U.S. Army as a Human Resource Officer and 3 years in the private sector as a Human Resources Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. As an investigator, she enforced a variety of Acts that included MSPA (Agriculture), Child Labor, Fair Labor Standards, Family Medical Leave and H-visa immigration programs.
