Speaker: Lisa Burbage (CEO of Wellness Five)
Lisa Burbage is the CEO and founder of Wellness Five, LLC, a boutique health and wellness coaching company based in Charleston, South Carolina. Since 2017, Lisa and her team of expert coaches have helped thousands thrive through innovative workshops, wellness programs, and keynote speeches. Wellness Five serves both the private and public sectors, and its clients range from Fortune 500 companies to local governments, including Okonite, Solera Health, the City of Charleston, and the South Carolina Department of Public Health.
A National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a master trainer for the CDC's National Diabetes Prevention Program, Lisa champions holistic health and sustainable lifestyle changes. She combines her business acumen and counseling expertise, honed through degrees from the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina, to lead her organization with vision and impact.
When not leading her dynamic team, Lisa enjoys life in Charleston and spending weekends at her organic vegetable farm in Hampton, SC. An avid reader, cook, and traveler, Lisa brings warmth and energy to every audience she inspires.
