Speaker: Kristen Pratt - Assocaite Vice President (Apprenticeship Carolina - a division of SC Technical College System)
Kirsten is the Associate Vice President of Apprenticeship Carolina. Since joining in October 2017, she has served as an Apprenticeship Implementation Specialist, Youth and Community Apprenticeship Consultant, and briefly served as the Interim Vice President of Apprenticeship Carolina during her time at Apprenticeship Carolina, with her longest tenure as Associate Vice President since 2021.
Prior to joining Apprenticeship Carolina, Kirsten briefly worked at Midlands Fatherhood Coalition as a Data and Quality Manager after relocating from Georgia where she worked at Columbus State University as a Career Development Specialist. She has enjoyed working with businesses throughout her career in different capacities including Human Resources, Analytics, Business Development, and Career Development.
A native of Savannah, GA, Kirsten has called South Carolina her home since 2007. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from South Carolina State University, a Master of Science in Marketing Research from Clemson University, and has earned a Project Management Professional Certificate from the Project Mangement Institute. In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys dancing (aerial silks), baking, doing puzzles, watching movies, and being in nature with her dogs.
