Biography
Kayla N. Williams, an experienced Human Resources professional, brings nearly twenty years of expertise spanning the public and private sectors. Currently, she serves as the Human Resources Director at Family Health Centers, Inc., She previously served in various roles in the Midlands SHRM chapter that includes President-Elect and Secretary.
Before joining Family Health Centers, Inc., Ms. Williams worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Dayco in the manufacturing industry. She dedicated more than ten years to the County of Orangeburg in a similar role. Starting her HR career at Sara Lee Bakery Group, she gained vital skills and knowledge that have shaped her into the successful leader she is today.
Williams holds a certificate in Professional Human Resource, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Carolina. She is also the owner of Goodwin Consulting and an active member in the Bowman and Orangeburg communities.

Biography
Human Resources – Benefits Manager at the County of Orangeburg
Sherry has lived in the Orangeburg area most of her life. She graduated from Edisto High School. Sherry has worked in human resources, banking, insurance, finance, and payroll in many different places over the years.
Her heart is for people - helping them understand and take advantage of all the benefits offered.
Sherry is a SHRM-Certified Professional. She passed the test June 2023, and it was a hard test, lots of studying.
She is excited to have been elected as President-Elect for 2024 for the Midlands Chapter and will work hard to grow our Chapter.

Kendall Perrow

Biography
As Human Resources and Recruiting Supervisor, Kendall helps identify hiring needs, works to recruit the best talent, and supports our team members daily to ensure that CF Evans is always one of the best places to work in South Carolina.
Kendall is dedicated to preserving the positive team culture that exists at CF Evans. One of her passions is to help create meaningful orientation and onboarding experiences for every new team member. She is honored to represent the company through community service, college recruitment initiatives, and other various partnerships.
Before her current role, Kendall worked in staffing and human resources within the manufacturing industry. She is a graduate of Clemson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Education and a Master of Human Resource Development. Kendall and her husband, John, live in Cameron, SC on the family’s row crop farm. When she is not at work, she enjoys baking, collecting antiques, relaxing at Lake Marion, and attending Clemson Football games.

Biography
As the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, Lauryn oversees payroll processing and the benefit administration for the Evans Management Group family of companies - including CF Evans Construction, Palmetto Sitework Services, and TEC Equipment Company.
She is a graduate of University of South Carolina Aiken, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following her graduation, Lauryn attended the Medical University of South Carolina and received a Master in Health Administration.
When she is not at work, Lauryn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering with her sorority - Zeta Tau Alpha, and cheering for the Carolina Gamecocks.
