Speaker: Christopher O'Neill - Apprenticeship Consultant (Apprenticeship Carolina - a division of SC Technical College System)

Christopher O'Neill is an Apprenticeship Consultant serving Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, Technical College of the Lowcountry, and Trident Technical College. He began working with Apprenticeship Carolina in October 2024.

Future Scholar 529 is a tax-advantaged college savings plan that helps families save for their children’s education, whether that be at an in-state, out-of-state, public, or private school.  Savings can be used at universities, community colleges, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, graduate schools, and to pay for K-12 tuition.

As one of the investigators assigned to the Columbia District Office, Ms. Washington conducts investigations of employers across all industries within South Carolina to ensure compliance with various federal labor laws, to include FMLA.  (Major Laws Administered/Enforced | U.S.
